    • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require medical support, please seek assistance from a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.
    • We do not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions, and participation in Founder’s Therapy does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
    1. Eligibility & Use of Services

    To use our services, you must:
    Be at least 18 years old.
    Use our services for personal or business development purposes only.
    Not use the services for any illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

    1. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

    4.1 Booking & Payments

    • Payments for one-off sessions and subscription plans must be made in advance through the designated payment method.
    • If you are on a subscription plan, payments will be processed monthly/yearly until canceled.

    4.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
    • If you fail to attend a session without prior notice, it will be considered a completed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
    • In case of an emergency, exceptions may be considered at our discretion.

    4.3 Refund Policy

    • No refunds will be issued for completed sessions.
    • If you are unsatisfied with a session, please reach out to discuss possible solutions.
    1. Pro Bono Sessions

    Founder’s Therapy is committed to supporting entrepreneurs at all stages, including those facing financial hardship. Pro bono sessions may be offered at our discretion based on individual circumstances.

    • Pro bono services are not guaranteed and are provided on a case-by-case basis.
    • If you believe you qualify for a pro bono session, please submit a request explaining your situation.
    • These sessions are limited and subject to availability.

    Our goal is to ensure that impactful guidance is accessible to founders who truly need it.
